Who’s the most sinister season Adversary?
Season 1
Master
Season 2
Slayer Killer Spike
Evil Angel
Season 3
The Mayor
Season 4
Adam
Season 5
Glory
Season 6
The Trio (Dorks)
Evil Willow
Season 7
The First
I believe the list above is correct for season advisories, if you noticed any mistake please tell me.
I would have to go with Spike, back in his Evil day he kicked arse and would kill anyone with out a second thought and after seeing him kill two slayers in season 5 episode Fool For Love he has to be the most sinister person.

well you should Drusilla, add Faith (rogue slayer-mode), Maggie Walsh (Ms Initiative) and Doc... kinda every season had more than one big oponents to bring in a twist.
Anyway I go either with Angelus or Dark Willow. They both knew Buffy's weakest points and it gives one the creeps to see lovers/friends turning against each other. And both were really good in succeeding... |

Yeah I would definatly add Faith.
Although the big evil monsters are nasty, I think sometimes Spike, Drusilla, etc are underappreciated as most of the time they are the ones who bring the monsters, such as when Spike and Drusilla assembed The Judge. |

| Without a doubt the best 'baddy' was dark/evil willow. She totally kicked buffys ass and it wasnt even buffy who stopped her. She was all mojo'ed up kicking buffys ass all over the place and nearly killed anya, giles, xander and Buffy. She skinned warren alive and almost destroyed the world.....a tad bit more evil than others. |

*cough* That was so nowhere near Dark Willow from season 6... if Glory would show up now (after S7) Willow would just laugh, blink, give a wave with her hand and no Glory anymore...
If Giles hadn't shown up in S6 Buffy would have never got out of that fight in the MagicBox alive... |

I think Glory's character was a bit underplayed. I mean she was suppose to be a god but she really wasn't. |
